Unless something changes between now and the end of the January transfer window, the general consensus is that Arsenal will not want to let Jakub Kiwior go.

The defender has played little under Mikel Arteta this season, but with a lack of real depth at the centre-back position at the Emirates, letting him go, even on loan, would only weaken the Gunners.

That won’t stop clubs from trying, however, as Calciomercato report that AC Milan are still eyeing up the Poland international for a potential January deal.

They explain the Serie A side have decided to reject the idea of signing a player currently without a club, but they also ‘don’t want to waste time’ ahead of the next transfer window.

That’s why the idea ‘would be to try and get’ Kiwior on loan from Arsenal, which is described as a ‘difficult but not impossible track’.

He isn’t the only name they have lined up, but certainly appears to be one of the first on their wish list if they can get it done, meaning this story, as unlikely as it is to happen for the time being, doesn’t appear to be going anywhere.
