Jadon Sancho is the forgotten man at Manchester United, allowing his once very promising career to slip away as he refuses to apologise to his manager.

Erik ten Hag has been reluctant to back down with the former England international, and Sancho has been training away from his teammates.

A January transfer has looked inevitable, with various clubs linked in recent weeks. There’s been Italian reports of interest from Juventus, and the Turin club are likely eyeing a bargain loan which would see little or no fee and Manchester United continuing to pay a percentage of his wages.

The whole football world knows the situation so there’s little chance of Manchester United getting a good deal, even on a loan basis.

Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg has taken to Twitter X to give his view on how the situation currently stands.

He says a loan with an option to buy is the most realistic scenario and that there’s no fixed price. All of that goes without saying, and isn’t really anything to write home about.

However, Plettenberg also adds that Sancho is first waiting to see what happens before January with regards to the club and the ‘owner etc’.

The assumption there would be he hopes a new shareholder could tell Ten Hag to pick him, or indeed move for a new manager.

That’s probably still not going to go down well with many supporters.

On Friday, Bild explained VfB Stuttgart star Serhou Guirassy is flattered by the interest shown by Manchester United.

The striker has starred for the Bundesliga side this season, managing 16 goals and two assists from 11 games.

Sky Deutschland state the 27-year-old’s fine form has drawn the attention of several clubs, including Manchester United.

The Guinea international has a deal until 2026 and that includes a €17.5m release clause, valid for the winter market. As it stands, his future hasn’t yet been resolved.

“Everything is still open, but he is definitely on United’s list,” Sky transfer expert Florian Plettenberg said.

The journalist adds Manchester United ‘have asked’ about the conditions needed to carry out the transfer, and they are the club the player ‘could think about’ joining in the winter market.

Plettenberg took to X, formerly Twitter, to further add the Premier League side are ‘very interested’ in the player. He claims Erik ten Hag’s side are ‘informed about the details’ to secure him.

If Manchester United’s interest becomes concrete, Plettenberg says they can be a ‘serious option’ for Guirassy, who ‘can leave’ the German club in January.

As has been made clear by Erik ten Hag, Jadon Sancho is currently not in Manchester United’s plans unless something changes.

The winger has not been in a matchday squad since the 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest at the end of August, and doesn’t appear to have a future at Old Trafford.

That’s why some sort of exit plan is allegedly being worked on behind the scenes at Manchester United, with Juventus one of the clubs interested in relaunching the England international’s career, as per Rudy Galetti.

The journalist took to X to bring the latest on the situation, explaining that the Serie A side are ‘still in contact’ with the Red Devils to find a solution for the player.

The Italians are also in talks with Sancho’s entourage, and are said to be open to considering a purchase clause in any loan deal that may take shape.

However, things aren’t close to being finalised just yet, as a ‘new round of discussions’ is expected to take place in the near future to ‘deepen the topic’.

Prior to being frozen out at Manchester United by Ten Hag, Sancho had scored 12 goals and assisted another six in 82 appearances for the club, a far cry from his 50 goals and 64 assists in 137 games for Borussia Dortmund.

Radu Drăgușin’s agent Florin Manea has told Romania’s iAM Sport that he’s not held talks with Manchester United for the Genoa star’s potential transfer.

On Thursday, ProSport reported the Red Devils are preparing to make a significant effort to sign the 21-year-old. It was also said the talks are very advanced, likely for a deal in January.

The centre-back has impressed for the Serie A side since he joined them, initially on loan, from Juventus in 2022.

After playing a key part in helping the Italian club return to the top flight last season, he has extended his fine form into this season, attracting interest from several teams in the process.

When responding to claims of Manchester United’s desire to sign the player, his agent said he’s not surprised that his client could be considered by Erik ten Hag’s side.

“Manchester United is always Manchester United. It’s a top team, as a tradition, as everything. He is on several lists, I am not surprised that he would also be on Manchester United’s, I haven’t spoken to anyone from there yet, but there are several teams interested,” he said.

“For now, there is nothing concrete, let’s have a written offer or something, but I am in London, I will have meetings all week. He will probably move in the summer at the latest, I understand that Genoa also has some problems, they have to give some money to the state.”

With several clubs keeping close tabs on the player, Genoa are looking to extend his deal beyond 2027. The representative has revealed he’ll hold talks with the Italian club later this month and insisted there won’t be a renewal without an inclusion of a €30m clause.

“At the moment I haven’t signed the contract extension, I’m going to the Juventus match on the 15th and we’ll talk then. That’s what I want to ask them [€30m clause], yes,” Manea explained.

Drăgușin’s agent, who has been hyping the transfer situation for months, also believes his client could receive “two written offers” before Genoa’s clash against Juventus on December 15th.

On November 21st, Radu Drăgușin’s agent Florin Manea revealed that he held talks with Tottenham Hotspur in London over a potential deal for the Genoa star. Three days later, the player talked about his dream of moving to the Premier League.

The centre-back has managed a goal and an assist from 15 games this season and his form has seen several clubs take notice.

According to Calciomercato.it, there are many clubs ‘crazy about’ the 21-year-old and the list includes Tottenham. They add he ‘risks being one of the big protagonists’ in January.

Tottenham are named as one of the interested parties from England, and they have joined AC Milan in the chase to sign the defender.

On Thursday, ProSport reportedd Manchester United are in the picture to sign Drăgușin.

Following this claim, iAM Sport contacted the Romania international’s agent for an update. When responding to it, Manea revealed he’s in London soon, which may please Spurs, if they are keen on securing his cleint’s services.

“He’s on several lists, really. For now, there is nothing concrete, let’s have a written offer or something, but I am in London, I will have meetings all week,” he said,

“He will probably move in the summer at the latest, I understand that Genoa also has some problems, they have to give some money to the state.”

The defender’s deal lasts until 2027 and recent claims have stated the Serie A side want to hand him a new contract. His agent has insisted there won’t be a renewal if a €30m release clause is not included in it.

“At the moment I haven’t signed the contract extension, I’m going to the Juventus match on the 15th and we’ll talk then,” Manea explained.

“That’s what I want to ask them [€30m release clause], yes. Well… who wants to put in a termination clause? If they don’t put it in, I don’t sign and then they have a problem. In the summer he has two years left on his contract and, think about it, he goes to Europe.

“If they don’t sell us then, they don’t get along with us, he’s in the last year of the contract, what do they do with him then?”

VfB Stuttgart star Serhou Guirassy has scored 16 goals and registered two assists from 11 games this season. His impressive displays have seen him attract interest from several clubs and Manchester United have been added to the list.

On Thursday, Foot Mercato stated the Red Devils are one of the clubs to have made contact for the striker.

Manchester United’s interest is now discussed in Germany, with Bild providing the latest on this case.

The Premier League side are closely monitoring several attackers and the 27-year-old is one among them. In fact, the report states they are ‘keen’ on the Guinea international.

It’s claimed the frontman is ‘flattered’ by the interest shown by Erik ten Hag’s side, and he doesn’t categorically rule out a move to Old Trafford or another club in January.

As well as Manchester United, Newcastle United, AC Milan and Atlético Madrid also have their eyes set on him. Bild say the player has a €17.5m release clause valid for the next window and this is affordable for English clubs.

Towards the end of September, Guirassy said he would be open to making a switch to the Premier League, and Manchester United or the Magpies could open the door for him.

Manchester United goalkeeper Altay Bayindir nearly missed out on his move to Old Trafford in the summer, as he wanted to ensure Galatasaray made money from his deal.

That’s according to his agent Sefa Seyrek, who has explained the background behind the player’s move in the summer transfer to Sports Digitale, relayed by Sporx.

Bayindir joined Manchester United in the summer in a €5m deal, despite United having spent big to sign Andre Onana from Inter Milan in the same window.

He is very much the number two at the club at this moment in time, a situation he is aware and comfortable with despite having been the undisputed number one in Turkey.

The deal for him was completed late in the window, on deadline day no less, after Manchester United had elected to sell Dean Henderson to Crystal Palace and decided not to renew David de Gea’s contract.

But it appears that the whole move nearly came crashing down as the player had signed a new contract at Galatasaray to ensure they made money from him, rather than leaving on a free transfer.

“Manchester United contacted me before the European Championship in 2020 and during the period when Fenerbahçe was going to the championship,” he said.

“Their next interest was at the end of 2022, during the transfer period of January. “Manchester United came to me again. We did not have a contract at that time. It was Altay’s last year. He could leave Fenerbahçe without making any money. He could sign in January.

“I sent the offer to Altay again. Altay is a player with a clear character. He requested that I meet directly with the Fenerbahçe President. He said: ‘I want to leave my club by making money’.

“He took such a risk at the expense of losing Manchester United. Altay was transferred for €7m. Normally, he could have put this directly into his own pocket, but he wanted to leave by making money.

“Then we signed a four-year contract with an exit clause. Our exit clause was €6m. €7m were related to the agreements. The amount there is related to Altay’s bonuses.”

Manchester United youngster Álvaro Fernández is ‘confident’ that Manchester United won’t look to bring him back to the club in the January transfer window.

That’s according to COPE, who cover comments from the player today and his belief he’ll be remaining with Granada rather than returning to Old Trafford.

They explain that Fernández has proven to be one of the ‘most talented footballers’ at Granada this season since arriving on loan from Manchester United in the summer.

He’s been impressing in the first team when given a chance, with nine appearances in La Liga so far and 35% of the available minutes played for the Spain U-21 international.

However, it remains to be seen whether he remains with them as Manchester United have an option to take him back in January should they wish to do so.

He, though, has insisted that he is ‘confident in the finishing the season’ with the Nuevo Los Cármenes team and not being recalled.

That would certainly make sense given Manchester United elected to sign Sergio Reguilón on loan in the summer rather than blood the youngster in the first team.

It seems unlikely that’s changed, even if United have had something of a crisis when it comes to keeping left backs fit so far this season.

Fernández appears to think so too and that he will be remaining where he is and seeing out his loan deal until next year.

As VfB Stuttgart star Sehrou Guirassy continues to draw big attention from European clubs, Manchester United are named as a potential destination for him today.

The story comes from Foot Mercato, and talks about the ‘excitement’ around the 27-year-old following his great start with the Bundesliga side.

The outlet writes that four clubs have ‘come forward for information’ for Guirassy. Manchester United are one of them, along with AS Roma, AC Milan and Newcastle United.

It’s said all of those clubs are looking for solutions for their attacks, and with the striker having 16 goals for Stuttgart this season, he turns into a clear target.

What makes Guirassy such an attractive option is that he may be a very affordable signing, as his release clause is worth just €17m. That can be triggered in the January transfer window.

The player himself ‘does not close the door’ to such an early departure from Stuttgart, and ‘remains attentive’ to the offers he’s about to get.

With such a low price, it’s hard to imagine Manchester United and others making any kind of offer that wouldn’t trigger that low clause.

Manchester United may have left a great victory escape in the Champions League clash against Galatasaray last night, but Red Devils’ boss Erik ten Hag is still trying to hold to the positive aspects of that performance.

The manager was interviewed by Brazilian outlet TNT Sports, and among the questions asked by Fred Caldeira, there was one wondering whether that was Antony’s best game for the Old Trafford side.

Ten Hag claimed that the winger previously had other good performances, but agreed that he’s getting better, along with the team, who have been in a much better form through the past month.

“One of those, he also played more. But you see, he’s on his way back, so I’m very happy about this,” said Ten Hag.

“And also with the team. You see the progress in this team. How we performed in November. So now we close November. So we have to take this, and also other games we played in November, and you see the progress, you see the improvement. Now we have to take that, we have to build on that.”

Antony has 13 appearances for Manchester United this season, and is still to have a goal or an assist.

Following last night’s draw, Manchester United now need to beat Bayern Munich and hope for a draw between Copenhagen and Galatasaray in the group stage’s final fixture.

Otherwise, they’ll get eliminated from the Champions League in what wasn’t expected to be such a difficult group.

The Red Devils’ next game is against Newcastle United on Saturday.
